Change Orders and Pricing

Be sure to address extension of time and money on all change orders.

When you get a change order always give the owner a “guesstimate” for the dollar amount even if you need a day to get back to him. Never take more than two weeks to have the final price. We price out whole buildings in two weeks, so let’s get it done.
